All kitchens are well furnished & equipped with LATEST equipment like Under Counter freezers, work tables with attached burners, individual burners, independent gas lines, high flame burners, mixers, grinders, bratt pan, brainmaries, pizza ovens, light equipment, vegetable slicer etc. More ever, to keep the working temperature low, all the kitchens are fitted with FRESH AIR SYSTEM that allows FUTURE CHEFS to work in a comfortable environment. This is a UNIQUE facility available only in our college and is available only in REPUTED FIVE STAR HOTELS.
BAKERY is equipped with the latest equipments and is considered to be one of the best among its peers.
Restaurant
Training Restaurant, complete with chandeliers, bar-counters, side boards, pantry helps impart practical F & B service training. Detailed training in various aspects of service along with training in alcohol and its blending, bartending etc. is conducted here.
Front office
A well designed front office lab with sectional departments live Reservation, Information, Cashier Bell Desk with telephone extension lines provide the ground work for various role plays, situation handling & enacting case studies.
House Keeping
The house keeping department exhibits a model “Guest Room” in the campus where practical sessions on room cleaning & servicing are conducted. The lab, itself, is well equipped with chemical cleaning agents, sanitizers, washing machine, vacuum cleaners, brooms, mops buckets and other relevant equipment.
Stores
A scientifically designed “Stores” with separate areas for dry, perishable, semi-perishable items has been created with ample ventilation & related storage requirements (dry, refrigerated, deep freeze) respectively. The first-in, first-out (FIFO) system is strictly followed by the stores.
Library
Our library boasts of nearly 2400 priceless books, apart from subscribing to various national/international magazines, newsletters & newspapers. We are proud to say that our library is the BEST among all the Colleges. There is also constant upgrade in the number & quality of books. A unique feature is the E-Library, where the students are able to browse through the notes of the lecturers.
Computer Lab
The institute has an independent computer lab equipped with the latest software and hardware required. Students can browse Internet and upgrade their knowledge. All the systems are on NETWORK and they can access any information uploaded by the faculty.
Horticulture
The maintenance of the garden & flower arrangements along with public area cleaning is also carried on by this department.

Students gain practical hands-on training in our demonstration kitchens, restaurants, and bar facilities. Students are thoroughly prepared in cookery and bakery, housekeeping, front office, Food and Beverage through extensive practical sessions. Besides, experienced & qualified full time faculty, the institute also has visiting faculty from the hotel industry.
